Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations before March 1, 2012, are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations received from March 1 through April 13, 2012, will be refunded 50 percent of the registration fee. Cancellations received after April 13, 2012, are nonrefundable.
